Often, when planning a stay away from home, one of the main thoughts we have is whether or not the tourist centre we choose will accept our furry four-legged friend.

The Municipality of San Vincenzo has a number of qualified teachers ready to help you gain a deeper understanding of the bond between him and you. They will be able, through some specific basic dog-friendly activities, to help you interpret the dog's needs so as to increase communication and consequently also the trust between you and him.
The area around San Vincenzo offers various solutions for a pleasant walk in the green of its hills, woods and pine forests near the sea.
There are several dog-loving associations in the area, and you can be followed by them in motor activities with "obstacles", or accompanied on some nature walks, in order to receive some valuable advice on his management when you walk him free or on a leash, or to increase his relationship with other dogs.
Among the activities and sports, both competitive and non-competitive, that San Vincenzo offers tourists who decide to bring their four-legged friend with them is Agility Dog.

Here we have an indoor facility called Bellagility where you can start or improve your animal's technical and agonistic skills. The facility consists of a training area, a spectator area, an outdoor enclosure and an office.

For those unfamiliar with this type of activity, Agility Dog consists of training your faithful quadruped to compete in circuits consisting of several obstacles to jump over, some tubes to cross and other barriers to zigzag through.

Bellagility is equipped with the main equipment found on circuits where world championships are held. And our qualified teachers will be happy to work out a customised course based on your dog's qualities.
Agility Dog is not only a competitive activity in some cases, but also a means of educating your faithful four-legged companion. The training practices used by our instructors are based on 'gentle' methods, where no form of coercion is used.
