Residence Villa Livia is an accommodation with holiday apartments in the center of San Vincenzo, directly overlooking the harbor, consisting of 5 apartments (three-room and two-room apartments) arranged on three levels.
All accommodations have an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV and Sky Hotel and PPV Events (from April to September) and a sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs in the two three-room apartments on the top.
For families with children available high chair, stroller, changing table and cot. Special agreement with Dog Beach for clients with their own dog.
The villa offers its customers privacy, relaxation, comfort and the convenience of being within walking distance of the pedestrian area with all shops, restaurants and services. Adjacent bus stop and train station 100 meters away.

Residence Villa Piani is an Art Nouveau Villa in the center of San Vincenzo, directly on the beach, with swimming pool (with hydromassage and heated in the period April - November) and solarium.
The eight holiday apartments (three-room, two-room and studio) are equipped with equipped kitchen, air conditioning, independent heating, digital terrestrial TV and Sky Hotel and PPV Events (from April to September) and all (except for the studio apartment) with portion of garden or terrace equipped with table and chairs. In particular, the three-room apartments on the attic floor have a terrace-solarium in the characteristic towers of exclusive use that allows You to enjoy an enchanting sea view.
To each apartment is assigned a parking space in the private car park and on the sun terrace facing the sea, an umbrella, two deck chairs and a sun bed. All guests can enjoy the relaxation area, the barbecue, the drying room, and free bike rental. Free wi-fi in all areas of the residence.
