This page describes the methods and logics of the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter, also Users) consulting the website: www.visitsanvincenzo.it (hereinafter, also the Site).
This notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code to all Users who, by interacting with the Site, provide Ente with their personal data.
The validity of the information contained in this page is limited to the Site and does not extend to other websites that may be consulted via hyperlink.
THE DATA CONTROLLER

SCOPE OF DATA DIFFUSION
The data will be processed by personnel of the Data Controller, after appointing the employees and collaborators concerned as Persons in charge of processing. Any third parties to whom the data may be communicated in order to carry out processing operations connected with the purposes specified in this information notice will be designated in advance by the Data Controller as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code. The data will not be disseminated.

All data collected will be processed at the headquarters of the Organisation.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
All personal data provided through the Website will be processed lawfully and fairly in order to provide the services requested as well as to respond to communications and questions from Users, always in pursuit of the institutional purposes of the Organisation as provided for by the Law.
a) Data provided voluntarily
Through the Site it is possible to propose events to the Organisation by providing the latter with your email address or telephone number. Further personal data may be provided on a voluntary basis by the User through requests sent to the Ente via the contact addresses given on the Site.
b) Cookies
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the User's terminal, where they are stored and then transmitted back to the same sites on the next visit.
The Site uses:
session cookies used for the management of the authentication service instrumental to the access by employees to the reserved areas of the Site; the authentication cookies will allow the temporary storage of the username and password for the access to the reserved area of the Site;
analytics cookies used to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of Users and how they visit the Site. The Site uses the services Aruba statistics and Google Analytics, whose cookie policy can be viewed on their respective websites. Browsing data may be used to identify the User only in the event that this is necessary for the detection of computer crimes.
The cookies used by the Site do not allow the collection of personal information about the User and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
Browsing data are deleted immediately after statistical processing, unless their further storage is necessary for the investigation of criminal offences.
Cookies are not used for profiling the User.

OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA
Apart from what has been specified for browsing data, the provision of data through the forms on the Site, or communications sent on a voluntary basis by the User, is always optional; however, in the event of failure to provide the data marked as compulsory in the request forms, the Body will not be able to provide the User with the service requested from time to time.
PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected in accordance with the provisions of Article 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. The Organisation adopts all the security measures provided for by the Privacy Code to protect the data collected, in order to avoid the risks of loss or theft of data, unauthorised access, illegal and incorrect use.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
Users may at any time exercise their rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request that they be supplemented or updated, or corrected. Pursuant to the same provision, the User may also request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

The Privacy Policy of this Site is subject to updates; Users are therefore invited to periodically check its contents.
